Studies have said that colleagues who are social with one another are more productive during the work day. One reason is because in their social setting they are throwing business ideas back and forth to each other which is giving them the tools to be more efficient and effective in the workplace.
I believe that these social interactions do not just need to be face to face. Why not test out this study using social media as the vehicle?
